Warranty Coverage

Real Relax massage chairs and accessories (the "Products") are warranted for a period of one (1) year (the "Warranty Period") against:

  1. Missing materials from the Products at the time of delivery;
  2. Defects in the manufacturing of materials used for the Products at the time of delivery;
  3. Failure of the Products to correspond with the description in the applicable contract of sale at the time of delivery;
  4. Major defects in the functionality of motors, armrests, backrest recline and casters.

Warranty Services Provided

If your massage chair is under warranty and the issue is not caused by misuse or intentional damage, Real Relax provides:

  1. Free replacement of accessories and parts;
  2. If the issue is not a quality problem, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs for repair and return.

Return & Non-Repairable Product Policy

Return Requirements:

To request a return, a valid warranty card and complete product package are required, and the buyer must bear the return shipping costs.

If the product cannot be repaired, the following options are available:

Option 1: Contact customer service for depreciation and deduction of your purchased massage chair and directly purchase any model from our official website.

Option 2: Exchange for an equivalent cash coupon to offset future purchases on our official website.

Non-Quality Returns:

Unjustified returns for non-quality issues are not accepted.

Warranty Conditions & Obligations

  1. Replacement parts are fully provided by Real Relax; any shipping costs are half-borne by the consumer;
  2. Replaced parts will be recollected by Real Relax for proper disposal;
  3. Real Relax must be notified of any defect within 14 days of occurrence via image or video at service@realrelaxmassage.com;
  4. Replacement parts or services are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days, whichever is longer.

What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

  1. Wear and tear, cuts, scratches or damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire or other external causes.
  2. Consequential or incidental damages resulting from use, misuse, inability to use or defects;
  3. Damage to products modified or altered without Real Relax’s written permission;
  4. Damage caused during self-assembly if instructions are not followed;

Limited Warranty & Manufacturer Discretion

  1. Real Relax reserves the right to determine whether a claim is valid under this warranty.
  2. Any item requiring replacement due to exclusions is at the purchaser’s expense.
  3. Real Relax may decide to repair or replace any component at its sole discretion, as permitted under Consumer Law.
  4. Replacement components may vary in color or texture from the original.

Consumer Law Rights

This warranty is in addition to any rights a consumer may have under Consumer Law. If any provision is unenforceable or void at law, the remainder of the warranty remains in force.

Warranty Termination

This warranty ends immediately if the product becomes defective due to misuse, lack of proper care, or commercial use.

Transferability

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. Subsequent purchasers acquire the product "as is" without warranty protection.

Disclaimer of Other Warranties

Except for rights under Consumer Law, this warranty replaces all other expressed or implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Effective Date

This warranty is effective from the date of delivery of the Products.
